SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all 50 US states.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 11:30 PM are processed the next business
day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on
the following business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during sale periods
or due to carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping on all orders.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email
with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our
Track your Order page.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are
not able to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and
we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an
address entered incorrectly.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days,
contact us at info@alessavane.com and we will open an inquiry
with the carrier.
